I am an artist, teacher and lecturer. I principally create paintings, but also work in the following media: drawing, printmaking and sculpture.  I run painting and drawing workshops, and teach the history of art to both children and adults. I have a strong interest and connection to art and guide groups in London, Paris, Chartres, Florence, Ravenna and beyond.

I live and work in East Sussex, England, on the edge of the ancient Ashdown Forest. I was born and raised on a farm in West Yorkshire, close to Dovestones reservoir and the moors of the Peak District. I describe myself as an abstract artist, although landscapes I have visited, and grown up with inform my imaginations and resurface again and again in my work.
